Louder than bombs

Today, on this historic occasion, as we observe Mercury having left Cazimi, where it is conjunct the sun, and retrograding into combust, still hidden by the beams of the solar rays, we find ourselves at a crossroads and a critical point of attack from the opposition forces. We have fought this battle before against this foe, and we will rise up now in our time of truth, to stand our ground and make our opinion heard far and wide.

As we speak, our DJs are opening up the big guns and laying cover fire toward the ears of the enemy. Louder than bombs, we drop the frequency to let them know that we are not impressed. Our sound weapons will be heard loud and clear. Our message rings forth right now, to all within close range. No invasion of our beaches, our fields and our back yard will win. Not without a fight.

Out troops will be directing their frequency weapons of music at the opposition who right now attempt to overrun our stronghold. We began with the 100 BPM attack. That’s 100 beats per minute. That hour of sound bombardment is now over, and we have upped the dose. The cannons are now unleashing 110 BPM. And this is just the start.
In this way our forces will wear down the minds of the attempted usurpers with our incessant non-stop beat after beat after beat, all day long, if necessary. And throughout the proceedings our troops have been instructed to increase the BPM as they see fit. The DJ has been given carte blanche to direct the proceedings according to the mood of the invading hearers.

We have been silent up until now, minding our own business, but now the gloves are off and the mixing desk is out. With deft fingers, the DJ will spin track after track, all smoothly mixed for a non-stop beat bombardment. I doubt that the invading forces saw this coming, but they certainly heard it. They may try to shut us down, but they will be in for the fight of their ears.

We are not afraid to die, we are not afraid of defeat, or death in battle. There is nothing so dangerous as a man with nothing to lose. And there is nothing so glorious as a death in battle. We have experienced them before. There is no real death to the eternal soul. Only changing of outer appearance. And so, on this day, as the battle rages on the Western Front, our sound weapons play forth. Our sound is loud and proud. It is full on, and hard core.

We will play, and those who wish to may dance. Our DJ is adept at playing rhythmic dance music, known as psy trance, or progressive trance. If we see the need, and the enemy is not backing off, then I will instruct my DJ to play dark forest trance. This will remain at a civilized pace and barrage of no more than 130 BPM, for now. At present the frequency is being launched at 110 BPM and it will remain so.

We have domination of the airwaves. All who dare to invade will be subject to our barrage, through the ears. The invading forces may choose to become tyrannical and push their dictatorship, we don’t care. Let them come and give us a glorious death. We can only win. If they want to complain then they should have thought about invading our private world before doing so. They could have met our ambassadors and had a consultation, but no. The dictatorship decided to come on in and impose on our privacy and peaceful life.

Well our DJ and his armaments will be their reward. We have spent many a day on the battlefield, in the wide open fields, or camped under the cover of trees, with sleepless nights, soldiering on, up until the 48th hour. We have experienced the frequencies – louder than bombs – all day and all night long, for days on end, and we are familiar with and comfortable with it. How comfortable are the invaders?

Our frequencies will scramble their minds and melt their resilience. The sound weapons are invisible but inescapable, as long as you dare to enter the range, and our perimeter. If this is how we die, then we will go down in glory, playing our own requiem, melodically and loudly, with full BPM for all to hear. If this turns out to be my last transmission (pun intended) then you will know that the enemy overran our position and we were invaded completely.

In that case we will awaken in another time and place to march on to our own beats. The setting may change but the song remains the same. This situation may go FUBAR, and that’s fine. Adaptability is a key trait of our troops. And our DJ. We can play at any party or event. Some harp or sitar for the gates of heaven. The land of 432 Hertz frequency. And beyond. It has been an honor serving with you all in the trenches and on the front line of the dance floor. Do not lament my disappearance. The soul is eternal. I walk onward and upward to other fields, where my services are needed.
