Saludos a toda la familia de "Hive". Hoy amanecí muy contento y motivado y desde temprano estuve produciendo este video para compartirles.

Greetings to the entire "Hive" family. Today I woke up very happy and motivated and from early on I was producing this video to share with you.

Antes de hablarles un poco del tema, quiero hablarles de la bella persona que me inspiró para componer esta pieza, mi hija menor "Viena Valentina" a quien cariñosamente mi esposa le dice "Tina", por ello el nombre de la pieza.

Before talking a bit about the subject, I want to talk about the beautiful person who inspired me to compose this piece, my youngest daughter "Viena Valentina" to whom my wife affectionately calls "Tina", hence the name of the piece.

Tina, es una niña super feliz, felicidad que demuestra con muchas travesuras, creo que es difícil que durante un día normal mi nena no se haga sentir, siempre tiene una ocurrencia o alguna travesura que hacer, jejejeje.

Tina, is a super happy girl, happiness that she shows with many mischiefs, I think it is difficult that during a normal day my baby does not make herself felt, she always has an idea or some mischief to do, hahaha.

El tema que le compuse, es lo que yo llamo una Samba Bebop, pues une el ritmo brasileño con el subgénero del jazz, podría decir que tiene una influencia melódica del tema de Miles David popularizado por Charlie Parker llamado "Donna Lee", tema que particularmente me encanta.

The song I composed for it is what I call a Samba Bebop, because it unites the Brazilian rhythm with the jazz subgenre, I could say that it has a melodic influence from the Miles David song popularized by Charlie Parker called "Donna Lee", a song that I particularly love it.

La armonía es bastante tradicional, ahí también se ve la influencia de ese gran tema icónico del Bebop, pues “Donna Lee” también es bastante tradicional, solo tiene algunos giros de 2-5-1 a tonalidades cercanas.

The harmony is quite traditional, there you also see the influence of that great iconic Bebop theme, because “Donna Lee” is also quite traditional, it only has some 2-5-1 turns to close tones.

En cuanto al ritmo, como ya lo había dicho es una samba, sin embargo, al entrar la improvisación decidí hacerlo en “Swing”.

Regarding the rhythm, as I had already said, it is a samba, however, when improvisation started, I decided to do it in “Swing”.

Cuando se ejecuta Jazz, se acostumbra volver a realizar el tema completo después de las improvisaciones, sin embargo, en este caso solo volví a la frase final para terminar el tema. Espero que lo disfruten tanto como yo lo disfruto cuando lo toco. Muchas gracias

When performing Jazz, it is customary to redo the whole song after improvisations, however in this case I only did go back to the final phrase to finish the song. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy it when I play it. Thank you very much
