My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2020
Another day where at midday it looked impossible that I was going to break the 10000 step barrier, and then BOOM, just like that, 13000+ steps by bed time.
That's not to say I didn't get the miles in today. We must have walked several miles today, back and forth the garden and local park.
All that matters is the kids have a good day during these difficult times, and come out the other end with as little disruption as possible.
We spend a good while building dens in the local woods and even had a great game of hide and seek..... The kids a master and at one point I actually thought I had lost him!
Poor, little man. Didn't even have a chance to take him to bed. He just laid down and passed out from all the excitement. If that's not the sign of a good day I don't know what is.
