My Actifit Report Card: August 23 2020

Sundays are very busy days for me. Usually up and running from 7 am till 8pm. Yesterday was not an exception as I stood for hours teaching and sat for a few hours being taught. After the evening class, I had to take a walk home and was able to register over 2,000 steps. Twas a successful day in all.
