My Actifit Report Card: May 8 2021
Overall it was a busy Saturday for my Actifit activity report.
My legs didn't feel too bad this morning and although stiff there wasn't too much discomfort with my run. A couple of small hills on the 1+ mile little trail section slowed me down a little bit due to the loose rocks along the way. The weather wasn't too warm and a nice breeze made the conditions great for my run. Hopefully I'll do well again tomorrow morning as well.
Afternoon in the forest prospecting with Lulu. Lots and lots of shoveling heavy much in search of gold. Just a few bits after r big buckets through my gold pan.
It sucks getting old these days.
