My Actifit Report Card: January 14 2021

I was feeling a bit more run down this morning so my morning run was a short effort.

At least my pace was good as my legs seem to have more speed in them these days but my overall energy was off today (maybe my afternoon walks are a detriment overall?). Oh well not everyday can be high mileage/high energy so have to hope the rest of the week gets better- especially as the route wasn't too tough except for a half mile on the jeep road.
Overall just an easy day as after my run all I did was go to the park with Lulu and then cooked up some rich keto chicken casseroles for some healthy meals through the week.

Tomorrow it's off the Payson for some crystal hunting up in the beautiful and peaceful Rim Country. Sadly the last time there was a few days before my Bella passed last September- she'll always be with me on my trips. 💔💔💔
