A nice fast power walk over my hilly neighborhood route.

Would have preferred a run but my fitness level has taken a tumble the past month. Good thing I have 2 months before my ultra down in Buckeye and as it's going to be 48 hours I can theoretically try to "fast" walk most of the time, especially if I can put in over 40 or 44 hours. Will be interesting.

Bella is doing alright, just a tired out old girl. Hoping to see her get back to her more active self so we can do some camping again.
