My Actifit Report Card: November 2 2020

I can't believe it's been two weeks since I did my last Actifit post.

I'm not sure why I haven't been so active lately, I think part of it is my phone isn't recording all of my steps and sometimes if I don't turn the app on it don't start automatically.

Well thanks to the time change I woke up a whole hour earlier than usual, that's probably why I had a better day on my step count. I had an early start this morning doing my calisthenics and workout routine.

I did a lot of moving around at work today it was pretty busy and I had a lot of catching up to do from the weekend.
A lot of my steps were walking up and down the stairs today so I figure I should be rewarded for that at least.

I should take a better look at yesterday's post, I bet a lot of people did a lot of walking around doing their trick or treating for Halloween.

It's strange, with this pandemic going on it didn't even seem like Halloween, I had no trick-or-treaters.

Oh well I hope next year will be better and everything goes back to normal!
