My Actifit Report Card: July 1 2020

My actifit report for Wednesday.

I had no idea that I reached my 10,000 steps, when I noticed it I figured I better get a post out.

My day started off pretty normal with no intentions reaching my step count. I did do a bunch of exercises I had a long hard full day of work.

After work I had to help someone move, that is where I got all of the extra steps that I hadn't thought about.

In other news, I was glad to see that gold finally hit $1,800 an ounce.

I know this has nothing to do with sports, but I had to mention it anyway!
