I only made it to 8200 steps yesterday.
I haven't reached my goal of 10,000 steps all week. I've still been keeping up with my exercise routine in the mornings and I'm surprised I'm still motivated to lift weights.
I haven't gotten the complete results I was expecting from it, but I have to admit that the weight I'm gaining is mostly muscle and not fat.
I really planned on getting more active by playing some basketball and maybe racquetball to. So far my lungs haven't healed from all of the smoking yet, I hope I haven't gotten my hopes up too high!
