Well I got to 7000 steps anyway.
Have you ever had one of those days where you knew everything was just going to be hard?
Yesterday was a pretty challenging day, I wasn't really feeling that well to begin with and then I had car problems.
I didn't get to do my morning exercise routine so that took away some activity counts, on the other hand I did have a very busy day at work.
I did go for a nice long walk with the dogs, this is probably why I was able to get at least 7,000 steps.
I hope you all had a great Wednesday and reached all of your goals for the day. I'm pretty sure that this application is helping me stay healthy after quitting smoking.
