No, you don't need to deposit STEEM/HIVE or any other payment to start using your existing account. Just login with you account. A payment is only needed if you don't have an STEEM/HIVE account (as you know, to create a new account resources are consumed, and therefore a payment needed)

okay i am trying... when i click on the button "i hsve sent hive" it just stays on that loading screen... what am i doing wrong?
