My Actifit Report Card and Update: February 20 2020

Hi Everyone,

It has been a slow week for physical activity. The weather has been keeping Mango the dog and I indoors. I moved my shopping day to Thursday because of expected bad weather. I managed to get it done but it turned bad in the afternoon. Poor Mango missed out on another walk.

Content Update

I finished my 'Housing' post. I wrote about the housing shortage and affordability problems that many countries are experiencing. I explain how these problems could have been avoided if the market had been allowed to operate freely. I also explain the grim reality that the housing affordability problem is going to be very difficult to solve. The best case scenario is the slowing or even halting of the rise in house prices to enable wages to catchup so that houses will become more affordable eventually.

After posting, I used the Steempeak cross posting function to duplicate my post in the Economics Community. It seemed to work quite well.

Early today, I posted again. In that post, I revealed a new look to my Steem channel/page. I reveal the appearance on both Steempeak and Steemit. I also added a cover image and avatar to my Economics Community page. It looks quite good on the Steempeak layout of the community page. In that post, I also share some of my concerns regarding Steemit and possible move to Tron.

Upcoming Posts

I will need to explore communities further. I intend to make a video, which I will add to my Steem Udemy Course. I believe communities will attract more users to Steem. Therefore, it is important to the spread the message as much as possible. I also intend to continue my solutions series. I should have another post ready next week.

That brings me to the end of today's Actifit Report and Update. I hope the weather is better next week. I want to get back to the lake for more walks. I wish all of you a great weekend.
