Once every four years we get to Leap forward with one extra day, so Silvertop is doing that on his @actifit hike .....Leaping!😳
Just figuratively friends, I think we all need to take that @actifit leap of faith when it comes to starting a new exercise!😊
New can be hard, and when it comes to walking/Hiking, all it takes is one step in front of the other!👍🤗
That’s all Silvertop did today, and when the hike was finished I ended up with 20,214 plus steps and 89 floors!!!🤗
