My Actifit Report Card: June 17 2020
Lots of dark clouds and rain today, so I'm using a photo from yesterday. There's a footpath through the local college and they have this wall with Olympic rings, for the 2012 Olympics. It looked good with the sun on it.
Did some weights today. I need to increase my other exercises, as I'm not walking as much as I would usually this time of the year. Trying to keep 2 metres away from people makes it difficult. Sticking to government rules doesn't usually appeal to me but so many people have caught Covid-19 here, I think it's sensible.

Lol no one seems to bother with the social distancing here in Australia.
I can see why, deaths in the UK are 42,153, only 102 in Australia. I'm probably being over cautious but I quite like my lungs and vital organs😂
It's grim here today and has been raining heavily since the early hours; both the dog and I were rather soggy after our walk.

So, you seem to import monsoon season from us! LoL
It has been raining heavily at night here. This makes it very pleasant after the intense heat two weeks ago.
It seems people who are prone to infection are those with deficient VitaminC and D3. So it’s important to get some sunshine on your body at least an hour per day!
