My Actifit Report Card: March 27 2020
Day
It was decent day of home-schooling work and being the head chef around house. I went on my walk with the boys, playing catch and dribbling a basketball. It is 1.8 MIles that we walk everyday before lunch if its not raining. . Then I was lucky enough to get a chance to go for my Four Mile Run as you can see below.
Run
My best Four Mile Run yet, I'm in aftershave like 30 to 45 seconds off which doesn't sound like much but boy does it feel like a lot. It was a hard run to start with I wasn't really into it but overall I am enjoying running a couple of times a week now, but I would love to drop my splits down. Unfortunately I seem to have been built to lift heavy things not run long distances quickly. Some Runners look like you're moving effortlessly along and are moving at a very quick Pace. I on the other hand look like I'm struggling with every step for my slow pace.
Dude I must charge me tracker and at least I will know how lazy I am being
Getting to move and do all the cooking probably keeps you pretty busy. I’m trying to work on my cooking skills while I’m stuck home.
