No swimming today as it was a busy dqy of workshops.

I omly walked to work and walked back and not take the bus so that I can get the needed steps.

It was good to walk to rest my brain after a tired day of work.

Walking helps me gather my thoughts together.

Hope tomorrow is sunmy so I can go swimming.
