My Actifit Report Card: September 25 2020
Happy Friday Everybody! 🙋🏻♀️
High-Five 🙌 and welcome to another fitness report.
So, I did my walk and 3 mile run this morning around my neighborhood. The rain had just stopped when I stepped out the door and allowed me to do my physical activity until on my way back home that it started to drizzle then pouring down.
But I was prepared knowing it’s the season for it. It was chilly and windy, but it was a good workout. It felt great overall and got it over with; out of the way. I then was ready for the next thing to happen.
Oh, I noticed these free tomatoes inside the basket alongside the sidewalk in front of one’s house just a few blocks from where I live. It’s free, so I took two of them.
Then I had errands I need to tend to, so I was readying for it as soon as I got home.
I saw and found this tiny bird sitting on top of the bird house in my front yard when I got home. It’s so small you can hardly see it, but it’s there.
