My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2020
Happy Tuesday Everybody
And welcome to my fitness report. Hope you guys are doing well and having a wonderful time with your stepping activity today.
And today was another beautiful day here at the end of my world. Started out with cool air and gentle breeze flowing from time to time.
And I did my two mile run and some around the neighborhood this morning and walked in between sessions. I saw how bright and lovely the blue skies were with beautiful patchy clouds just hovering and that appears to be graciously moving in its pace. That was awesome.
Before long I was on my way home. And on the way home, I saw a blue jay bird leisurely walking alongside the grass and concrete sidewalk looking for food from how I saw it. That was a beautiful sight.
At home, I ate and had a nice breakfast. Watched the news and I went online and started reading a few of your posts.
Then later in the afternoon, I went grocery shopping and glad there weren’t that many people around, but I took my time going from aisle to aisle.
And that pretty much it for today. Thanks for stopping by and reading as well as your unwavering support. Greatly appreciate it.

Again a really good blog point was fun to read point it is always nice to see what you experience while keeping fit. I listened to the music until the end and I love this classical straight violin.
