My Actifit Report Card: July 7 2020
Howdy Everyone,
Welcome to my fitness report and thanks for dropping by yet again. Hope you guys had an amazing activity with your stepping today.
As for me, as usual did my morning walk around the neighborhood early this morning. It was quite with a little bit of gentle breeze from time to time and at this time very few people were out and about.
And as before just enjoying taking pictures of whatever comes in attention to my sight view in that moment.
Before long I was on my way home early as I started early, which allowed me to rest more and watched more Netflix and tv as well as taking a nap.
Come afternoon, I headed out to the flower garden at Point Defiance for a leisure stroll and smelling the fragrance or scent to some of the gorgeous roses flowers in the garden. A few flowers I found don’t have any scent at all.

Then I walked further going to the pond where the ducks and turtles were.
And finally it was time to head back out and on the way home I stopped by Famous Dave’s for a takeout.
And that pretty much it for me today and how my stepping went by.
