My Actifit Report Card: October 1 2020

My daily activity is visiting patients at our hospital. I work at a district hospital in my town. We serve about 160,000 people in our district.

We also treat some Covid-19 patients though our hospital is not referral hospital for Covid-19 patients. I did some walking today.

And at evening, I roast my coffee. And when writing this post, our roasting machine is still working to roast.
