Craziest day yesterday with the lowest step counts in a while because my fitness tracker ran out of battery.
I went on a bicycle ride despite the the cold weather yesterday, dressed in many layers of winter clothing.
I wasnt cold, in fact it was quite the opposite as when i got back inside, i was completely drenched. I biked for 33km going to a neighbor town and back on my fat bike.
There's no snow on the ground yet but there was ice. Those studded tires sure came in handy once in a turn 😂.
Another thing that's handy are my goggles.
I switched from the clear lens to the reflective ones which is much better when facing the sun.
Later that evening i did some stairclimbing while listening to the wan show.
Anyway that's pretty much it. I want to start doing a lot more physical activity to lose my "quarantine 15" but i tend to procrastinate.
