Yesterday, i went on a bike ride during the evening, my speed keeps improving as i can feel my legs becoming stronger all the time.

Tge plan is for me to be able to average 31kph on a ride by the end of the summer. But something is amist with my bicycle, i'll need to take a look at the rear bearings as i feel a bit of rubb8ng at low speeds.

Anyways, today, i'm going to plant the blue pine in memoriam of my grandfather. I'll catch you all later. Dont forget to stay active!
