My Actifit Report Card: June 15 2020
Hi!
New phases of post-Covid-19 prevention begin in the different provinces and / or communities, we will soon be able to meet more friends and family.
Today Monday, I enjoyed my day off. I walked around my city and went to lunch at a Japanese. I’m a sushi fan, and I have a weakness for salmon sashimi.
In the afternoon I did some management, soon the end of the quarter is approaching, and invoices must be declared. We also spent a lot of time reading this afternoon, small readings of how to perform and structure a disciplinary routine. I was very struck by the editor's opinion on meditation.
I hadn't practiced this technique for a long time. And it has been a rewarding experience to try again. I felt a lot of sensations, like the warmth in the afternoon sun.
