Zacny spacerek, to i zacna ilość kroków - 27k po dwutygodniowej przerwie cieszy mnie niezmiernie.

Kolano nie bolało.

Można powoli wracać do aktywności, obserwując bacznie kolano. W razie powrotu choćby najmniejszego bólu od razu przerywam.
Wcześniej cisnąłem bez względu na ból, i skończyło się na dwutygodniowej przerwie.

Hahahahaha faktycznie - rywalizowaliśmy ze sobą. No widzisz, tak akurat trafiło, że mnie kumpel namówił na spontaniczny wypad w góry, ale szykuj się już na kolejne starcie, bo planuję powrót do systematycznej aktywności :)
