Great stepping Elizabeth and sounds like a wonderful day. Glad that you were able to make time for the sunset walk. Didn't know you could see over into Canada, that's cool. The pictures are looking fantastic as always including Actifit lamb. You are definitely right, the aim is to move and not over do it.
