My Actifit Report Card: December 1 2021...... Wednesday Walk 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy hump day 😎🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. Thank you for stopping by yet again 👏. Please keep reading 👓 as I let you in on how my day has been plus some of the trending stories I came across. Here we go again 💨.
So as usual, I kicked off the day with the fast paced morning session. A bit shorter than usual but it did the trick 😉.
Next I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally the usual political shenanigans 😹 and the plannedemic vaccinations kept going. New vaccines arrived at the airport from the EU. And today was World Aids Day, good thing the prevalence rate has significantly dropped over the years 👏.
Globally, lots happening, with the surge in covid cases, the EU is now mulling the introduction of compulsory vaccinations😱. Elsewhere NATO is warning Russia of serious consequences incase it attempts using force on Ukraine. This after Russia has been naughtily moving troops and equipment along the border line😹.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin Is currently at 57k still looking bullish 🐂 and so is hive still above $2🙌👏. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the city centre 🌲 for a few errands, walked around for a short while and then headed back home 🏡.
Next came the usual afternoon nap 💤 dreaming off until early evening when I got up feeling quite energetic 💪 and well rested 💯.
I then continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Trending in the US, abortion rights might be at stake as the supreme court began hearing a Mississippi case that seeks to overturn the landmark 1973, Roe vs Wade case that made abortion legal 😱. In a few months we will find out the outcome..
As the evening set in I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. As always slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃. I later made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌.
