Hello everyone πŸ‘‹,
Welcome to my wonderful hump day stepping report 😊. We are bang in the middle of the week and the daily stepping goes onπŸ’¨.
As always glad that you stopped by yet again πŸ‘. Your time is well appreciated; so without much further ado let's get into my stepping activities of the day.
Just like yesterday I kicked off early with some brisk walking and jogging πŸƒ around the breezy πŸƒ neighborhood.
It was a quick paced and wonderful session.
I remember getting back indoors a few minutes to ten o'clock. After showering and relaxing, I logged on to the latest happenings.
As always the plannedemic rages on and the disparity in the WHO testing kits at the borders keeps shocking us😱. Long distance truck drivers test covid positive on one side of the border and then negative or vice versa in the next country 😹.Of course they are all asymptomatic. Wonders will never cease and with no end in sight it's getting crazier 😱.
Anyways, I watched those brainwashing news then some crypto videos. In between I did cleaning and tidying up.
As the afternoon approached I had another short walk around the neighborhood; just to relax my eyes and stretch my legs for a while.
I did get back indoors later and laid down for my usual afternoon nap πŸ’€. That was lovely and I got up fully refreshed and restored πŸ’―.
Then I had my ginger tea β˜• and sweet potatoes as I watched some documentary on you tube.
History can be amazing and it teaches us a few things here and there, we really can learn from past events.
Time flew by and outside it was evening with nice sun 🌞 rays and breeze πŸƒ. I did walk around the park 🌲 for quite a while, rested here and there.
I finished off around the neighborhood after it got dark before heading back home and calling it a day.
That's about it from me as far as stepping is concerned. Soon am off to bed as Thursday beckons.

I know exactly what you mean by brainwashing news... lol! I check in with the mainstream media maybe once per. week but save the rest of my brain juice for what actually matters.

I think that it's good to have a general idea of what's going on but there's only so much bad news that your brain can digest at one time... I have always believed that the relevant stuff would come to me via word of mouth (on the street). I think it's unfortunately true that too many people have dulled senses due to an over abundance of mainstream style sensationalized news.

Of course their are incredibly important things going on everywhere but it's more important than ever to carefully pick and choose the voices that influences us.

I, for one, enjoyed reading this post about your life... and implicitly I have learned a lot about what's going on in the world from the people actually living through it in Africa. It really feels like I have put my ear to the train tracks.

Continue to stay healthy and out of harms way my friend!
