Windy Sunday - My Actifit Report Card: April 25 2021
Hi Actifitters!
Today will be just a short report as I don't feel very well... It looks that the weather, the crypto markets, and my health are connected... And, I'm really not under any stress from any of those things, it just something that it's happening in the background...
The day didn't start that bad... It was a typical lazy Sunday morning, with late getting up and late breakfast... My wife had a strong headache from the early morning, so we have decided to go to a Chinese restaurant for the lunch... Actually, that part of the day was the best...
As the restaurant is close to the sea, after lunch, we went for a short walk where I took these couple of photos... Don't know if it will be visible in the pics, but there were some big waves which means that there was a strong wind somewhere at the sea...
And we have noticed that on the land a couple of hours later... It's nice to live by the sea when the weather is nice, but there are days when we have very strong winds and this afternoon and evening were like that... Unfortunately, I got also a heavy headache in the afternoon so the daily walk was totally off the table... It was mostly, couch time and trying to heal...
