오래간만에 다시 운동 시작.
하지만 쌀빼는데는 걷기가 별로 도움이 안되었네요. 허리 근육에는 도움이 되었을려나?

걷기보다는 계단 오르내리기가 훨씬 도움이 되네요. 언제부터인지는 잘 모르겠는데. 갑자기 많이 빠져서 지금은 올초대비 6키로 정도 빠진듯.

2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.

이제까지 계획대로 걷기는 잘했지만 체중 감량은 잘 안되네요.

새로운 수단을 강구해서 체중감량을 다시 시도해야겠네요.
