My Actifit Report Card: February 29 2020

사람들이 좀 둔감해진것인지,
주말이라 그런건지 밖에 돌아다니는 사람들이 좀 늘었네요.
저녁 산책을 사람없는 곳으로 피해서 요리조리 골목길로 다녀왔네요.

2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.

이제까지 계획대로 걷기는 잘했지만 체중 감량은 잘 안되네요.

새로운 수단을 강구해서 체중감량을 다시 시도해야겠네요.
