Good day Actifitters! The weather has improved today. I'm very thankful that we were not badly affected by a super typhoon that struck some provinces.

I did some interval running and walking for more than an hour. I did from the driveway to the garage so that I don't need to wear mask and face shield as it is requirement when you go outside.

In the afternoon, I had a shoot around with my son and nephew.
