Good day Actifitters! I had a busy day today. I checked the plants after breakfast and walked around the house for almost 40 minutes. I also had cardio and abdominal exercises.

Past 11 o'clock, I went left to neighboring province because I have to pick up some stuffs for my store. My wife accompanied me. We also bought some stuffs for her plants in the hardware located in a mall.

After dinner, I walked inside the house for a few minutes.
