It all helps!
So going back to our convo from a while back about fitness challenges, did my base line push up and sit up routine today and managed to get to
56 push ups
78 sit ups/crunches
Without stopping
So not a bad benchmark - Road to 100 of each is now my goal! I was not expecting a good head start! Guess I kept more strength than I thought!

Thats quite good! :D
I have changed my approach a bit and I am now doing AR-7, but I have gone to 49 push-up, so getting up there :D
100 is a good goal! Should be fairly easy to reach :p
Ar-7?
Nice one on getting to 49 push ups! Nearly half way there... Nearly 😜
That last push to get to 100 is not easy though, might have to change my strategy this time around!
AR-7 is a train "strategy".
It goes like this:
1st round – 7 sets of 7 reps (7 second rest between sets)
2nd round – 6 sets of 6 reps (6 seconds rest between sets)
3rd round – 5 sets of 5 reps (5 seconds rest between sets)

Jason Momoa does that workout :P
So yes 49 push-up is far from the goal xD
I've not come across this exact one before but have done something similar. You think it doesn't sound much but when you get to the end, you feel like you're ripped haha
Ye. But arms are destoryed today haha
Yeah, you know it's been a good work out when you can't lift a pencil the next day!
I am having a hard time lifting stuff today, so I dread tomorrow xD
Via AR-7. I just pushed myself to 85 reps of push-ups xD
49 Wednesday. 85 today.
Not a bad improvement when pushed :p
Wow, ok that's a pretty good improvement! You should be at 1,000 by the end of the month 😂
Pff hahaha xD That would be insane :P
But 100 or just finished the 3 rounds of AR-7 would also be a good goal :D
