Mostly cleaning : July 7 2020
It is 4 months now that I basically have stayed home. I went out to run errands one time during those 4 months and have been getting all my exercise by working in the garden.
But that is not the same as hiking or doing another sport.
For the past few days, I have started to walk/run in the evening in my yard. I am loosely doing the 8 seconds intense and 12 seconds mellow effort. Very loosely...
I am getting less done but decided that my well being needs that right now...
