A good day for laundry, although it rained in the evening. A little bit of mopping and running errands around the town, with the mask on.

I think it is easy to gather steps as we walk around to complete errands and chores. Quite interesting as we walk to and fro and back and to and fro and fro and to without realizing the steps collected.

Isn't it interesting that sometimes we think getting steps is difficult, kind of like in the photo. All we need to do is start and before w knowit, we have 11 K healthy @actifit steps take care my friend!
