My Actifit Report Card: June 17 2021
Hey Actifitters,
Well we knew it wasn't gonna last forever but the heat was back today. And with day long stupid meetings, I could only go for shorts walks and breaks in the yard until late in the day. But during these meetings, as I always keep the camera off, I was able to pace in the house or yard, and rack up quite a few steps already. And of course, when it was all done, we went for our usual evening long walk with the dogs. The sky was perfectly blue, not a single cloud in sight.
Even with the shade, still hot in the forest.
We met this deer there, it was curious about us and almost looked as though it wanted to come closer.
Even with both dogs barking at it like crazy, particularly Genepi, it never ran away and actually walked towards us.
The dogs took a short break in their exploration. Obviously we were in a different area with no deer.
And once again, after watching the sun hide behind the trees, I went for a run, just about 4 miles today.
I added a cool down walk after that and that was it for today's activities.
