Hey Actifitters, hope you all are doing good,
Today was finally a bit drier than the past few days (although it is raining pretty heavily right now). So, a friend who likes to 'play' with chainsaws and various power tools, stopped by my house to take care of a few broken branches. It's been like that for a long time and it was a good idea to do that before winter starts.
It didn't take too long, but of course, after being cut, the biggest branch got stuck. It took a bit of extra work to get it down.
But the final results were good. All cut and ready to be stored for later. I don't have a fireplace but I do have a firepit on the deck, and as long as there's no snow, this is great to hang out around the firepit.
When we were done, it was almost dark, so we first took the daily dog picture in the yard and of course went for a long walk.
Finally, to complete an already active day, I tried a 20 some minutes workout. Nothing too intense, just bodyweight and light dumbbells to test the healing after the tooth extraction 10 days ago. It went fine, no pain, no bleeding, I'd say it's all good and I should be able to resume sport normally.
It's already quite late for me, so till next time, take care and stay safe.
