I used to walk my dog with my phone in my hand, checking on the prices of major coins/tokens, etc..

I haven't not done that this weekend. I have already knew the crash, and I would HODL and my investment is for long period. Therefore, there was no need to monitor it every hour.

I don't need to stress myself everyday since I only put in my excess fund.

Enjoy the outdoor, not to stress it. After all, what wealth for if not happy.
