My Actifit Report Card: June 7 2021
I played a round of disc golf this afternoon with my son. It was mostly sunny but gusty at times during the round. I ended up losing by one point with an even score on the round.
Considering the wind it was a pretty good scoring round.
My son almost got hit by a disc on hole eleven. It flew right past his head. When we pointed it out to the person who threw it he was very appologetic. It was kind of irritating because we had offered to let him pass us up by hole six because he was crowding us a bit. He did not want to pass because he was just messing around with one disc. Even if you are messing around it would be nice to wait until the hole is cleared before throwing though.
This morning it was rainy and overcast but it cleared up nicely and I mowed the lawn around noon. I usually like to let it dry out a bit more but I wanted to get it done because it was overdue to be mowed.

Sometimes that does happen on the disc golf course. He was very apologetic so I don't think he was intentionally being rude. Sometimes as a beginner you don't know how far a disc is going to travel or how the wind will effect it. Beginners don't always know about disc golf etiquette and there are a few kind of unwritten conventions.
That is true. I know nothing about it, except what I read in your posts and so I would be one of those at a distinct disadvantage.

I think the floor is really nice and you can't see the flaw in the boards at all at this point.
