My Actifit Report Card: March 31 2021
I played a couple of rounds of eighteen basket disc golf with my son and a few friends. I scored a +4 on the first one and a +7 on the second. Not best scores but it was a bit windy, in particular on the second round. It has really been windy a lot this season.
My arm is feeling a lot better but is still a bit tender at times when I really throw hard. I've been intentionally not trying to throw as hard as usual to give it more time to recover.
Down at the community health center there was no bike parking, so naturally I thought this was fitting:
The "No Parking" sign made a somewhat nice place to lock my bike up. A couple of burly guys could have easily lifted the bike and lock up off the sign and tossed it in the back of a car though. I guess you have to trust your fellow humans sometimes, lol.
A community health center would seem to be the place to promote a healthy lifestyle which might perhaps include bicycling yes? LOL.
I did manage to get in an out in record time without an appointment and got my first shot. (Not dead yet and hopefully I will remain so, lol.) It sounds like people have been having good results so I went ahead and got vacinated. This way I won't become the "Typhoid Mary" of Covid 19. (One would hope so in any case.)

Yeah I got my first a week ago and am still breathing. I got the Moderna and go back in a couple of weeks for number 2. However, I hear the second one is the rough one.
I got the Moderna too. My arm was kind of tender and it kept me from sleeping well last night. I usually sleep on my left side and the left arm got the shot. Other than that I'm feeling good although I was a bit tired tonight when trying to play a couple nine hole rounds of disc golf but maybe after playing thirty six holes earlier that could be expected, lol.
I've heard the second one is rough too although one friend said it was not as bad as the first.
