My Actifit Report Card: March 29 2021

My son and I played a eighteen basket disc golf round this afternoon. I was still being careful with my arm. It was kind of windy so I knew I would not score too well so I was not throwing very hard.

My arm felt pretty good. I only really felt a little pain on one throw when I was throwing a max weight disc about 3/4 power. I can tell things are still not healed fully though. I going to take it easy this week so I can throw hard on the league play this coming Sunday. We have a really long tough course coming up.

I took Doggie for a walk and fixed a few things around the house and did some organizing. It is a good time of year to do some spring cleaning.

I'm really happy with how well crypto has been doing this year. It has been giving me a certain sense of accomplishment. It not only the personal gain but also the feeling like things will work out well for many other people.
