My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2021

My son and I played at the difficult pro disc golf course today. It was really wet after the recent rains. A couple holes had some serious water hazards but we managed not to throw and discs in the the deep water.

I was not playing particularly well and had a couple of really harsh holes and lots of bogies. The score ended up being rather embarising and I know I can do a lot better.

It is a lot harder to play in really wet soggy conditions. It was not raining or blowing that much so at least we had that going for us.

It is a rather long course so most of my steps for the day came from disc golf.

The rest of the day I just sat around and watched some football.
