My Actifit Report Card: June 3 2020
It was a really nice day today and the rain had stopped so I headed down to play a couple rounds at my favorite disc golf course. It was opened back up again after the recent flooding. Here's a view of the river and trees that I took today:
I played alone but stopped to talk to a few dog walkers and talked briefly with my friends who showed up just as I was about to head out. I like practicing and playing alone sometimes too. It gives me a chance to make multiple throws and practice throws that I might miss. I scored a two over par round on the second round. This is pretty good for my score on the course. It feels like things continue to improve with my putting.
It is difficult to hear about all the recent riots and continued difficulties from the virus. Many people are out of work and the system is not working out so well for people all around the planet.
I do feel like we are on the verge of creating new decentralized systems that will help the existing systems work much better and bring prosperity to many people.
Taxation, health systems and political systems could all use some help in doing things better. Production, manufacturing and our very food supply face issues.
I listened to an interesting pod cast today about a company that was really making some progress in using machine learning and decentralized systems to increase efficiency and working conditions. It sure seems like the same ideas could be applied to many issues in our societies and improve things a lot.

Looks like a nice day for golf. These innovative companies are the future. Hope they will integrate blockchain into the systems they create and ordinary people can invest in them. Keep safe @lightsplasher.
It seems like blockchain integration could do all kinds of cool things like a better method of taxation. Perhaps we could even vote on where the system allocates funds kind of like how we vote on posts in hive.
I agree, that can be a game changer if done properly.

Can we play disc golf in rainy day? Hehe. I am so excited with your blog
I do play in the rain sometimes and carry an umbrella. Wet discs don't fly as well because your grip is effected and somehow the water seems to change the flight. I tend to like to play in the wind better than the rain but most people around here seem to like the rain better.
Presently now in this world, it seems people are not taking the confidence of expressing their opinion to the government than ever before

I am one of the lucky one's whose job could come home with me. I truly feel for all of those who could not. I do think there are some good things that will come out of all of this in the end. At least I hope so.
