아침부터 비가 왔다. 비가 오면 활동하기는 불편하지만 빗소리는 역시 듣기가 좋다. 걷기 운동은 포기하고 댄스 어플을 켜두고 댄스를 했다. 물론 박자도 안맞고 동작도 따라하기 힘들지만 그래도 운동을 했다고 스스로 위안을 삼는다. 힘들게 한시간쯤 했는데도 액티핏은 5000보 정도 밖에 되지 않는다..
