My Actifit Report Card: July 2 2020

I cut the front yard this morning and pulled weeds. I also washed my car and worked in my garden. It was overcast this morning with a nice breeze which made it a pleasant task.
After the yard work and a hot shower, I rewarded myself with a refreshing non-alcoholic mojito.
I picked some fresh mint from my garden and ground it a little bit in a glass with some raw sugar.
I added a little bit of simple syrup, the juice from a lime and ice and topped it off with some cold seltzer water. Nice! The perfect refreshing drink after some yard work.
My day is not done yet, but it’s off to a good start.
