My Actifit Report Card: June 27 2020
My back yard had not been cut in two months, but it was cool enough this morning for me to tackle it. I also wanted to smoke some meat but the grass was too high for me to spend any time in the back yard.
After I mowed the majority of the grass, then I collected dry wood from the yard to add to the wood burning side area of my barbecue pit.
It was a lot of work but not too bad. I wore a face mask to avoid breathing in all of the pollen and ragweed from the high grass.
I am going to stay on top of it now. I should never have allowed the grass to get so tall. I have been so focused on using my embroidery machine in the house for the past couple of weeks, that I neglected outside. Well, I broke something in my embroidery carriage so I will have to switch gears and go on to other outdoor projects.
I needed the exercise anyway.
