오늘도 야근하며 바빴던 하루... 저녁 식사후 잠시 주변 산책을 하며 마음을 안정시키는 시간을 가졌다. 걷기 운동은 몸에도 좋지만 멘탈 회복에도 도움이 된다. 바쁜건 좋은데 정신적 에너지가 고갈되지 않도록 주의가 필요하다.
