My Actifit Report Card: June 28 2020

On one of my actifit walks I was fortunate to see this old Ford ute.

Had to cut my travel trip short and come home as I had good news from my real estate agent late afternoon yesterday. I have a good contract of sale on my house in Tasmania so need to get all the paperwork etc sorted out. I hope the sale goes through no problem 🤞.

Thanks mate i just hope it all goes through and I receive the money. I did see the pick up driving around later and the V8 sounded sweet👍

Me too, it's a tough market and in Tasmania, traditionally, it's always that little bit harder. I've got my fingers crossed for a smooth run to settlement. Hey, just wondering, do you have to quarantine for two weeks when you arrive back in Tassie?

Thanks mate and yes if I went back to Tasmania now I would have to quarantine for two week's. Fortunately I have no plans to go back anytime soon. I already cleaned out the house so it was ready to hand over if sold while I was away.
