My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2022
We had sleep over at our friends' house, and I haven't had a nice sleep. Probably my wife and I has been having a hard time with the small bed, and even at high part of the double deck. Lol!
My wife told me we will go home early because she has a work. I am shocked because our plan would be around 8am, but we left around 6:30am.
I prepared breakfast, and then my wife went to the market in the afternoon. I slept in afternoon probably for almost two hours. In the evening, I also slept early.

Yeah. But early birds do wake up at 5am here. Sun rises at 6am.
I think sunrise where we are is about 7 AM now. The days are getting much shorter with winter solstice right around the corner!!!
How about on summer? What's the sunrise time?
In the summertime the sun can be up at 4:30 in the morning, and the sun will set close to 11 o'clock at night !

Thats Exactly true, being further north of the equator the daylight swings are more extreme! It gets even worse up in Alaska where they have almost 24 hours of daylight for part of the year.....
Yeah. When I was still in grade school, our teacher told us that in Alaska, it's 24 hours darkness on winter, and 24 hours with sun up on summer.
They also experience what's called the aurora borealis the northern lights! They tell us that we can see them where we live, but every time they expect them to be very prominent, we have rain and cloudy weather.....
I want to see Aurora Borealis! Can it be predicted when it will appear?
I think they can someone predict the aurora borealis.....
Unfortunately, we get so much cloud cover in the winter time that when the Aurora borealis is visible, We are under clouds and we miss out!😞
Recently, there's a blood lunar eclipse in our country. Too bad, the sky is quite vague.
That sounds very typical that's what happens appear during the aurora borealis..... We get cloudy skies and we can't see it!
Yeah. It's giving us frustrations. Lol
We've had two weeks of cold weather in clear skies which is unusual this time of year....
I am sure the cloudy skies will return soon along with the rain!🙄
The rain seems a threat. Here, it's so hot at daytime. So far we had a chilly morning.
So the mornings are chilly, and then they heat up as the day progresses?
Yes. That's common in our place. However, hopefully, in January it can be chilly the entire day.
January up here is one of our very cold months of the year. It can be rainy, or we could get a tremendous amount of snow we never know what's going to happen from year to year....
Yeah. January used to be the coldest here too. And we depend on the coldness from China, Russia, Mongolia, and Japan.
That's very interesting I have seen videos of Japan, some parts of Japan can get heavy snow!
Japan used to be snowy too. They're close to Siberia.
I know there's some parts of northern Japan get snow extremely deep that makes sense being close to Siberia!!
Yeah. Thick snows in many parts. Even Korea is so close that it gets snowed during winter.
Korea is another country I would love to visit someday! I have run into many friendly people from Korea on the block chain!😀
Yeah. Crypto is very popular in South Korea. Probit and Upbit exchanges are from South Korea, I think.
Unfortunately I think these two exchanges are blocked for people from the US....
Yeah. Not so many exchanges there unless you use VPN?
I have been using the Brave browser, you can get BAT tokens for clicking on advertisement as you work on the computer. Sometimes if you use a VPN they will ban you from receiving the bat tokens....

I use Chrome, Brave, and Opera. The latter isn't that good, for me.

Are these advertisement pages that could be annoying....
Oh yeah. Some advertisements are even not related on my searches.
They can be very annoying, on brave I don't mind watching advertisements if I'm rewarded in BAT tokens. Some people have said if you use a VPN they will ban you from getting brave rewards.....
We use a VPN called private Internet access, it is the most economical up here!😀
I haven't heard of it yet though. Do you have Poloniex there? Or KuCoin?
Unfortunately Poloniex is blocked for U.S. users..... I haven't tried KuCoin yet...
I see. Poloniex has low fees, that's why I'm using it. Transferring XRP only takes 0.0001 XRP as fee.
I would love to use Poloniex , I just noticed that Coinbase on the mobile wallet is delisting XRP....
I heard about Coinbase delisting XRP but I'm not using Coinbase anyway. KuCoin takes 0.5 XRP as fee, while Probit takes 1.
Yes there are always other options for XRP, and I believe when XRP finally gets through the court, people jump back on the bandwagon!!😀

I'm not aware of Coinex. Right now, I'll start using Binance again. Got a new account because I can't open the old one anymore.
Coinex is a good exchange for Hive I have used it quite a bit in the past!!😀
I think I should use that. How's the liquidity? My problem with Probit is it takes longer for my sell orders.
With Hive, it traded very quickly, and you can withdraw fairly quickly! It's a good exchange, check it out .......again do your own due diligence!😀

Nothing beats your own bed, that's for sure! I know this coming weekend when we head to our son's house (the one currently visiting Hungary) we will have the same problem with the bed. It's just not ours, lol!

I would love to have the opportunity to sleep for 24 hours just to see how much of that time I would sleep. I can dream I suppose!
I can't imagine sleeping for 24 hours though. I'll have headaches. Lol
Maybe, but I would love to see if that would fix the feeling of always not getting enough sleep!
Hopefully, it will work out for you. I thought of doing so when I haven't had sleep at night but I can only get few hours of sleep at daytime.
Unfortunately, I see no way to spend 24 hours in bed, lol! I can dream about it, though!
Yeah. Probably our bodies are not designed to sleep 24 hours unless there's dysfunction.
